The Estepona City Council informs that next Monday, September 12, the registration period for the 2022/2023 Culture Courses and Workshops will open, offering almost twenty courses and a wide variety of disciplines for all ages. The period will remain open until the 25th of
September. Classes will begin on Monday, October 3 and will conclude at the end of June 2023.

The municipal delegation of Culture will offer online access for the pre-registration of newly incorporated students in the Courses and Workshops 2022/23 at the link Likewise, they can be carried out in person at the municipal delegation of Culture, located in the Padre Manuel Cultural Center.

The City Council will offer aid of up to 50% of the cost of the courses to groups that are in a situation of greater vulnerability and that are registered in Estepona. Students enrolled in the Estepona Adult Center, Solfeggio students who enroll in Piano, youth correspondents accredited by the
municipal youth delegation, and students who are part of a large family unit.

The Courses and Workshops of the Delegation of Culture that will be taught this year 2022-2023 will be the following:
Chess Course, with Miguel Abril.

artistic area. Theatre, with Juan Jesús Luque.

Dance Area. Ballroom Dances (Latin Rhythms, Sevillanas and Wedding Choreography), with Mariví Rodríguez; Classical-Flamenco Dance, with Eva Alarcón; Preparatory Elementary Grade and Intermediate Grade of the Flamenco School of Andalusia, with Lourdes Barrientos; and Flamenco Dance, Castanets and Latin Rhythms, with Maribel García.

Crafts Area. Drawing and Painting, with Rocío Garín; Painting on Fabric, Tiffany and Polychromy, with Lina María Barrientos; and Bobbin Lace with Rosario Amate and Isabel Mena (Registrations in this last course with Isabel Mena will be formalized at the Fundación 24 Horas Deportivas).

Language Area. Spanish for Foreigners, with Belén González and Encarna Carrión; and English, with Juan Sergio Picardo.

Music Area. Flamenco Guitar, with Paco Javier Jimeno; Percussion, with Chico Fargas; Solfeggio and Piano, with Joaquín Castellano; and Music Band Instrumental and Musical Training Workshop, with José Antonio López Camacho.

Other Courses.- (By adjudication of Culture classrooms or agreements). In Estepona: Mathematics, with Teresa Marina Mancebo; Modern Dance, with Laura Perea; History of Art, with Victoria Infante; Learn to Sing, with Ana Fargas; French (French Alliance), and Dance Therapy, with Inmaculada Chacón (Social Affairs).
