A 27 year old man has been transferred to Costa del Sol Hospital in Marbella after having suffered a assault by knife. The individual was stabbed in the neck, but his life, for the moment, is not in danger. The alleged attacker, 29, has already been arrestedas reported by police sources to this newspaper.
The events occurred last night in the area of Miraflores of the mentioned municipality. The notice of a witness warned that a person had been stabbed in the middle of the street, at the doors of an Asian store. The National Police, after being informed, went to investigate what happened and found the victim bleeding on the ground.
The investigations indicate that a brawl between two acquaintances, that apparently they could have problems with the consumption of narcotic substances, could be the trigger. The hypothesis contemplated is that, surprisingly, one of those involved he took out a knife that he had hidden, presumably, in the back and stuck it into another in the area between the neck and clavicle. Two people who were in the place and with whom, supposedly, both the perpetrator of the stabbing and the wounded man were related they ran away when the assault occurred. The suspect was located by investigators that same morning.
