The City Council of marbella It is driving the “most ambitious” local training program of its history” to improve public management, and which aims to “guarantee an optimal qualification of municipal personnel”, as reported on Wednesday by the Councilor for Human Resources, José Eduardo Díaz.

This has been declared by the mayor in a visit he has made together with the general director of the area, Carmen Pallarés, at the beginning of a course prevention of occupational hazards at the Adolfo Suárez Conference Center in Marbella, which has brought together more than 500 workers.

Díaz has affirmed that “the objective is ensure optimum qualification of municipal staff to carry out its functions in the most efficient way possible, also resulting in the quality of service offered to citizensand for this we have designed the broadest and most complete plan of all those that have been carried out so far”.

The councilor stressed that “our commitment in this area also involves promote job stability of the workers, through stabilization plan that we have launched, and encourage internal promotion”.

Pallarés, for his part, has specified that the This year’s program includes more than 300 hours of training and, as he has highlighted, “transversality has been prioritized so that the contents affect any of the functions who work in the local administration and, although face-to-face attendance is maintained, the possibility of taking the courses online is also offered to facilitate their follow-up”.
