The festival Starlite Catalana Occidente will start the selection process in Marbella from May 4 to 6 to cover 400 of the more than 1,000 jobs that the cultural event generates in each edition, some jobs that are related to the areas of hostelry, ticketinglogistics and audiovisualas reported this Friday by the organization.
During the selection days, the festival team will interview the candidates through jobandtalent -the platform for employment and human resources services that has digitized the entire process of hiring and managing employees-, who will be summoned in stages with a specific date and time in the Congress Palace marbellí next week to avoid crowds.
From the organization they have highlighted that Starlite Catalana Occidente “is one of the keys to the economic recovery of the sector due to the high economic impact it has, both in revitalizing the industry and in creating jobs, offering around the thousand direct hires for the celebration of the festival”.
