The city of Estepona will gather tomorrow, Friday, March 25, the best national and international tattoo artists in the VII edition of ‘ExpoTattoo’a meeting that will be held until Sunday in which the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses with the delivery of 60 prizes in different categoriesas announced on Thursday by the councilor attached to the Sports and Youth delegation, José Antonio Bandera.
The mayor has valued that the municipality returns to host this meeting of tattooists after the two years of pandemic, since it is an event that has established itself as one of the three most important on the national scene and that has achieved significant success in its previous editions.
The councilor has also highlighted the charitable character that this salon has always hadwhich specifically this year will raise funds for the Association of Children’s Oncology Volunteers of the Maternal Hospital of Malaga (AVOI).
In addition, he underlined the great work carried out by the organization, with Art-Tatoo on the front, and that has ensured that this event also crosses borders. In fact, it’s internationally recognized as one of the best currently held due to the quality of its participants and the works they present.
Among the tattoo artists that will meet in Estepona are the best of each specialty, highlighting among them Diego Fernández de Utrera (Seville), recognized as one of the best in our country; Fulbio Verdina old school tattoo artist and a benchmark in Italy. Also, this convention will count on the presence of Lolo Tatoox member of the television program Madrid INK and David Martínez from the study Area 51.
In addition, there will be different exhibitions and contests like Miss and Mister Tattoo, and more than 60 awards in the black and white tattoo categoriescolor tattoo, more real, bigger, best of the day, best ExpoTattoo 22, old school, new school, freehand to the best decorated stand and many more.
ExpoTattoo will take place in the Palace of exhibitions and congresses on Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00, and on Sunday from 12:00 to 19:30. Tickets are priced at 5 euros.
