The local journalist Antonio Mena has presented this Thursday, at the Padre Manuel de Estepona Cultural Center, his first book, which is entitled ‘Short Stories: between Hell and Hope’. Published by Punto Rojo Editorial, the book compiles stories based on real events or legends, the outcome of which culminates in a fictional ending.

During the presentation, Mena was accompanied by the journalist from Radio TV Estepona Laura Rodriguez, author of the book’s foreword. The author expressed his satisfaction with this publication, which in part was written during the lockdown for the pandemic. He also announced that they will soon see the light other books he is preparing: a second book of short stories, another of children’s stories and a book of socio-philosophical thoughts about human behavior and feelings.

Antonio Mena González He was born in Estepona in October 1961. He studied three years at the Malaga Law School and then began his professional work as a journalist at Antena 3 Radio Costa del Sol, National Radio of Spain in Marbella, AREA newspaper, Diario Sur, Local Cable Television and, for twenty-six years, he has worked in Radio Television Estepona.
