The new program of training courses of the City Council’s Labor Insertion and Training Plan is already or published, a proposal that includes many new features, with 35 courses framed in thematic blocks to be carried out from October 2021 to June 2022, and three blended courses to be taught before the end of the year.
“The programming aims expand opportunities for residents of the municipality to access the labor market through better education and training ”, said the Councilor for Social Policies, Rocío Ruiz.
For this, different thematic blocks are offered that have been programmed taking into account their usefulness depending on the existing employment sources in the area: Social Area with courses aimed at childcare, seniors and to sociocultural animation; New Technologies that offers training on digital tools, electronic invoicing or community manager; Commercial Area that includes customer service, public speaking or managerial skills; and a Cross-Sectional Area where other useful courses are offered in any sector.
The training program returns with format mostly online, implemented due to the health situation, which also allows more freedom when conducting workshops. The idea is that each user can perform a maximum of 3 courses, depending on the thematic block that interests you the most, which you can access at any time from your computer or mobile phone. But in this edition, it is also offered blended training, such as the Vestibular Course that will begin on September 27, a course on the application of phytosanitary products and another on school monitor.
