In completely renovated facilities, the new course of the School of Music, Dance and Theater of Manilva begins.
Throughout these days, it has been possible to verify the work that has been carried out in this center with the aim of leaving everything as well prepared as possible for the start of classes, although the inauguration is scheduled for the month of October, as pointed out by the director of this educational center Fernando Antiñolo.
The offer that the School has is wide and varied. In this sense, we remind you that boys and girls from 3 to 7 years old are part of the music and movement group in any of the three modalities of the center.
In addition, in music, there are vocal and instrumental specialties of violin, viola, cello, piano, guitar (classical, flamenco and electric), electric bass, flute, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone, tuba, euphonium and drums, singing and flamenco singing. Similarly, there are choir, choir and music band groups.
As for Dance, we have the disciplines of Spanish and Flamenco and/or classical and contemporary. There are also workshops for adults on flamenco, rumbas and sevillanas, bulerías and castanets.
In Theater, classes are organized according to age in primary, secondary and adult groups.
The demand has grown remarkably over time. There are approximately 450 students in the center and about 150 applications on the waiting list that grows every day. Classes are currently starting for those who have previously registered.
The delegate of Culture, Alba Jiménez, has been very happy with the work carried out by the teachers in the implementation of this new course. In addition, she has highlighted the extensive facilities that welcome all students enrolled in the center.
