The Local Police of Mijas has rescued a man in the Sierra de Mijas after suffering a heatstrokea 53-year-old Briton who required the help of the agents to return to the urban center from the Mirador de la Cañada de Gertrudis, as reported by the City Council on Wednesday.
As detailed by the Consistory, the man was at the viewpoint yesterday Tuesday when he contacted his wife because he couldn’t get back on his ownwhich notified the Mijas Local Police at 3:20 p.m., and a vehicle quickly went to the coordinates provided by the relative.
The agents they found the man in good condition at the Mirador de la Cañada de Gertrudis and was finally transferred in the police vehicle to the Mijas Pueblo Tourist Office, where his wife was.
