The public company for water management on the western Costa del Sol, Acosol and the College of Property Administrators of Malaga and Melilla (CAF Malaga) have signed a collaboration agreementn that will promote improvement of the provision of services to the communities of owners through its administrators and the achievement of the common objective of approach of the public organisms to the users.
The CEO of Acosol, Carlos Cañavate, agreed with the president of CAF Málaga, Manuel Jiménez Caro, in highlighting the benefits of this agreement for the carrying out the various procedures framed within the water supply and sanitation management skills.
“Continue working with other organizations and administrations for the benefit of users, it is being key when it comes to carrying out more efficient management, for this reason this synergy with CAF Málaga will help users members can solve in a direct and agile way the procedures generated by Acosol’s services, so our Subscriber Management department will have direct contact with the administrators who request it”, highlighted Cañavate.
In addition, he highlighted “the participation and the help of the College of Property Administrators in matters such as urban programs, rehabilitation and reform of infrastructuresenvironment, intelligent consumption, citizen awareness, culture and communication, among others”.
For his part, the president of CAF Málaga stressed that “this agreement is key for us because it gives us more guarantees to be able to offer our clients, which, after all, are the great part of the population of the area, an efficient service in an issue as important as the Water management”.
Likewise, he stated that “we are sure that with this new channel of direct communication they will be able to solve the procedures in an agile and efficient way”, for which he thanked Acosol for “recognizing us as a key factor in the relationship with all citizens“.
