The representative of the public company has stated that “due to the seriousness of the evolution of the Sierra Bermeja fire, we are collaborating and working with the different devices that are in the area, to to offer logistical support tools to the media located at kilometer 4.5 of the Peñas Blancas highway “.

For this reason, he has reported that “we have made available to the troops two tanker trucks of 9,000 liters each who will take care of refueling the fire tanks, as well as cooling the off areas ”, for which its operators have moved to the highway from Estepona to Peñas Blancas.

For his part, the executive CEO, Manuel Cardeña, stressed that “at this time and due to the narrowness of the terrain and its difficult orography it is not possible to have more means, but we are to disposition and at the orders of the advanced command to collaborate in everything they need ”.
