Last Monday, the 5th, a technical meeting was held with representatives of the Junta de Andalucía, which was attended by the management team of the school, a representative of the AMPA and different councilors from the municipal corporation. The objective of this meeting was to specify the actions to be carried out to mitigate the most urgent issues given the current situation of the school.
The following was agreed:
1.- Construction of a building on the plot adjacent to the school for subsequent transfer to the Junta de Andalucía for educational use. The case has already started.
2.- Formal transfer of the Daidín park, basketball court park and sports area to the Junta de Andalucía, for use as a school playground, as it has been used up to now. The school center will have police support for exits and entrances. The requested documentation has already been sent to the Board,
3.- Enabling the plot surrounding the center as an evacuation meeting area until the center receives the new security and evacuation plan adapted to the new situation of the center with the installation of the new prefabricated classrooms.
At the same time, we continue working on the elaboration of the PGOU that allows us to have land available for the construction of the new CEIP and the new IES.
