The Casares Municipal Training Plan offers a new customer service course. The so-called “vestibular course” has the objective of helping to acquire knowledge related to the better customer service.
The training will be given from Monday September 27 to November 24, with a mixed modality and having a full duration of 200 hours. Of these, 175 will be teletraining and the remaining 25 hours will be one On-site training. The face-to-face training will take place on October 1, 8 and 22, and November 5 and 19.
