Casares is experiencing its traditional Christ Fair next week, which this year has been going strong with the concert by Raimundo Amador, who will perform on Friday, September 9 at Plaza Marcelino Camacho with free admission at 11:00 p.m.
A fair that mainly brings together the residents of the town, with a special charm that comes to mark the end of summer at a festive level.
Councilor Antonia Pineda explained that the dance in the square will be with the Dynamic and Latidos orchestras.
In addition, this year there will also be a youth area in Plaza Marcelino Camacho with alternative music, offering different options for all ages.
One of the most special moments of this fair, which has a peasant origin to celebrate the end of the harvest, is the procession of the Holy Christ that will go through the streets of the town on Saturday the 10th.
For the little ones, there will be the Urban Circus activity, a musical show with the Plim Plim clown, a great magic show, jugglers, tightrope walkers and many surprises, on Friday, September 9 at 6:00 p.m. at the La Huertezuela sports center.
