Casares City Council continues to invest every year 530,000 euros in services, scholarships, resources and educational programs, as reported by the mayor of the municipality, Pepe Carrasco. «Once again the school year has started in the safest possible way thanks to the effort made by the city council in schools and municipal nurseries “, assures the councilor.

The Casareño consistory assigned last year, and has done it again this year, 143,000 euros to launch a special cleaning and disinfection plan for schools Blas Infante and Los Almendros. And in addition, two extra monitors were hired as COVID booster for the two municipal nurseries.
In the same way, the IU government team has invested 36,500 euros in the set-up of schools so that they could carry out normally the COVID contingency plans. In addition, the consistory has been assuming for years several services to facilitate the conciliation of Casareño families, such as the service of bus for the students from Casares Costa who use the school cafeteria of the Blas Infante school; transportation for the students of the first cycle of ESO who live in scattered rural areas; and the daily transfer to educational centers with needs andspecials found in other neighboring towns.
