A total of 29 Michelin star chefs from the national scene have gathered this Monday in Marbella with the aim of raising funds for the creation of an outdoor garden aimed at minors with oncological diseases and undergoing chemotherapy treatments at the Maternal and Child Hospital of Malaga.
The five-star Gran Lujo Los Monteros de Marbella hotel has been commissioned to host the third edition of ‘Chefsforchildren’, a solidarity and gastronomic event On this occasion, the Juegaterapia Foundation, which presented the hospital garden project, was a beneficiary.
The director of projects and events of Juegaterapia, María José Jara, declared during the presentation that the foundation starts “the fundraising process to build a garden on the roof of the Maternal Hospital ”with this gastronomic event, which also has the double objective of transmitting the importance of maintain a healthy diet at an early age.
The solidarity dinner It has been designed by the Malaga Michelin stars who have participated in the event, such as the chefs of the restaurants biostarred Benito Gómez de Bardal de Ronda and Mario Cachinero de Skina de Marbella, Fernando Villasclaras from El Lago de Marbella, José Carlos García from the establishment with the same name in Malaga, Mauricio Giovanini from Messina, also in the Marbella town; and Diego Gallegos de Sollo, in Fuengirola.
