The Manilva river road has been undergoing clearing work for a few days, with the intention of increasing visibility on a busy road and, in this way, increasing user safety. Some works that will be completed within two days and that consist of the clearing and cleaning of reeds and scrub from the area of the fairgrounds to the pond of the Mine.
The mayor, Mario Jiménez, stressed that it is one of the most important works that are being carried out, “improving the image of the area and for which the Town Hall is receiving congratulations from the neighbors.”
According to municipal officials, these works were necessary, “since it is a very busy road, especially in summer time.” Trucks, tourism, cyclists and pedestrians will find a safer route by gaining breadth and vision after the work, which has the collaboration of the Environment. “Ultimately, a firm municipal commitment that all roads and paths present the best possible condition for the benefit of all.”
