The ‘Route Málaga Emplea’ organized by the company Clece has finished its journey this Friday with a stop in Marbella, an initiative that has been developed on board a bus as an itinerant office where personal interviews have been carried out with potential candidates for fill the 500 jobs What does the company offer?

The public-private project has contemplated the signing of a collaboration agreement between the Employment delegate of the Marbella City CouncilCristóbal Garre, and the delegate of the Clece Center area, Kader Miguel Djebbour, before making 9 stops in the city.

Garre thanked this “real opportunity to find work” given to the people of Marbella and explained that “Clece is a great service provider with a very important social responsibility policy because, in addition to of hiring employable people, reaches groups of difficult employability”.

Regarding the agreement signed between the City Council and the company, Cristóbal Garre has highlighted that “it allows leave in writing the commitment we have with Clece for several years to continue doing this type of activity”, highlighting those that occurred with Employment, with the Sports delegation, at the Costa del Sol Hospital or in Estepona.

For his part, the delegate for the central area of ​​Clece, Kader Miguel Djebbour, declared that “we are looking for a good attitude and desire to workwe are very satisfied with the result of the route since we have interviewed more than 1,000 people in two weeks”.

In this sense, he stressed that “the reception of this initiative has been excellent, both by public administrations and by potential candidates”, while stressing that “of these thousand peoplearound 300 belong to vulnerable groups”.

Djebbour has announced that many of the potential candidates will be able to “start work almost immediately because our hiring needs are real”, emphasizing that at the first stop in Rincón de la Victoria “we hired a person who joined the next day”.
