The Estepona City Council has ceded some facilities of the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses to the Center for Higher Studies in Hospitality of Malaga (CESHMA) for the start-up of a Hospitality School during the next academic year 2023/2024, as reported by the Consistory on Monday.

The entity, which has its origins in the former Association of Chefs and Restaurateurs of Malaga and the Costa del Sol, which was founded more than five decades ago, will offer a catalog of courses lasting 360 hours each from September.

The Hospitality School will have the 4 training itineraries such as the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Cooking Course, the Professional Waiter Course, the Professional Cocktail Course and the Barista Course. amateur and professional. In addition to these courses, CESHMA will also offer workshops and workshops designed for those students who wish to specialize.
