Estepona will celebrate Halloween Night next Sunday, October 31, from 8 p.m. to midnight, with a party in the municipal booth of the Fair Park, aimed at family audiences. The activity will be carried out following the recommendations of the health authorities.
The Deputy Mayor of the Sociocultural Area, Begoña Ortiz, has indicated that the municipal booth will change its usual appearance to give way to “beings from beyond the grave and phantasmagoric”, and that it will be filled with colorful costumes, pumpkins, skeletons, mummies and other decorative elements, which will take attendees to “the land of the most exciting and fun nightmares.”
For her part, the Councilor for Culture and Festivities, Macarena Diánez, has assured that the party will be “a terrifying program and great fun for the whole family”. whose members must attend in disguise. In this sense, it has announced that the animation will run from the hand of the Malpaso band, which will make the attendees travel for a night full of music, dance and cinema, with a compilation of the best themes that mark the panorama of fantastic cinema and Horror; as well as DJ Michael Thin, with a screen and video clips.
Among the activities organized for this event, a zombie dance show has been prepared, with two passes, by the modern dance students of Laura and Sara Perea. Another attraction of the night will be in charge of the municipal theater group Farándula, whose actors will recreate a climate and atmosphere of fear with the passage of terror.
The City Council will raffle among the attendees several chests with films of the fantasy and horror genre, delivered by the Costa del Sol ‘Unicornio’ Cultural and Cinematographic Association.
