The Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga (BOPMA) will publish in the coming days the bases of a new public call for employment for nine positions in the Local Police Headquarters; a figure that corresponds to the maximum public procurement allowed by the central government.
Subsequently, the bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) and in the Official State Gazette (BOE) to continue to comply with the regulations that regulate public job offers.
This call for 9 new positions is added to the two made previously that have allowed the incorporation of 16 officers to the municipal staff of the Local Police.
In this regard, it should be noted that yesterday the 8 agents who have been selected in the public call for employment that began last March took office as trainees. From now on, the 8 police officers will receive training at the Andalusian Institute of Emergencies and Public Security (IESPA), a center dependent on the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior of the Junta de Andalucía.
On the other hand, the Consistory will resolve in the near future the mobility position that was also convened in March for career agents who were carrying out their functions in another destination.
Regarding the selection procedure of the 9 candidates for the new call, it will be carried out according to Decree 201/2003 of the Junta de Andalucía, as well as in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of the Interior of December 22, 2003, that collect both the selection process and the agenda that applicants must study to take the tests.
Those interested must meet the requirements to qualify for the call and during the process, candidates must pass physical and psychotechnical tests. Those who get a place will subsequently receive a training course at the Institute of Emergencies and Public Security of Andalusia (IESPA).
