The Estepona Town Hall has reported that the Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga (Bopma) has published the bases of a new public call for employment for nine places at the Local Police Headquarters, a figure that corresponds to the maximum public procurement allowed by the central government.
This call is in addition to the two previously held that have allowed the incorporation of 16 agents to the municipal staff of the Local Police, as reported by the Estepona City Council in a statement.
Thus, they have indicated that the eight agents who have been selected in the public call for employment that began last March have recently taken office as trainees.
From now on, the eight policemen will receive training in the Institute of Emergencies and Public Security of Andalusia (Iespa), a center dependent on the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior of the Junta de Andalucía.
Subsequently, the bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) and in the Official State Gazette (BOE) to continue to comply with the regulations that regulate public job offers. On the other hand, the Consistory will resolve in the near future the mobility position that was also convened in March for career agents who were carrying out their functions in another destination.
Regarding the selection procedure for the nine candidates of the new call, will be carried out according to Decree 201/2003 of the Junta de Andalucía, as well as in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of the Interior of December 22, 2003, which includes both the selection process and the agenda that applicants must study to take the tests.
