The City Council of Estepona has put out to tender the works for the installation of acoustic screens in the Juan Benítez area with a budget of 779,010.38 euros, with the intention of protect that area from traffic noise of the large road infrastructures that surround it, mainly the highway, as reported this Thursday by the Deputy Mayor for Development, Infrastructure and Tourism (FIT), Ana Velasco.

The scope of analysis has focused on the sector of developable land called UR-6 Juan Benítez, of 181,537.45 square meters of surface and located to the northwest of Estepona.
