The Councilor for Tourism, Aida Blanes, attended the award ceremony for the X Torremolinos Tapa Route in which 55 establishments in the city participated, a historic figure for this gastronomic event that aims to promote consumption in the city. town and which has culminated in recognition by attendees at Sabores Bistro, De Anna’s, Serendipia Slow Food Bar, Bulevar by Na, Estragón de Calendula and Cervecería Twister.
“With this initiative we continue to support the local hospitality industry and that people go out and enjoy our bars and businesses that have made a very important effort and as always, we are very grateful to the residents of Torremolinos who come back with their hospitality and we hope that with the arrival of tourism and international tourism they recover their activity and return to normality ”, declared Blanes in the delivery that took place on the terrace of Bulevar by Na, one of the winners of this edition.
Participants have been awarded in three categories: “Favorite cover”, “most creative cover” and “best service”. Sabores Bistro, De Anna’s, Serendipia Slow Food Bar and Bulevar by Na have been recognized for the “favorite tapa”. In the category of “most creative tapas”, Bulevar by Na, Sabores Bistro and Estragón de Calendula have been awarded. Finally, in the category of “favorite tapa”, Sabores Bistro, Bulevar by Na and Cervecería Twister have been awarded. A ranking that has been made after the delivery of more than 200 “coversport”.
From May 28 to June 6, thousands of people have enjoyed this day in which the catering establishments of the town have offered a beer and tapa for 2.5 euros that they have been able to score and value in the “tapasporte” that they have deposited then in the Tourism area of the City Council to participate in a wide raffle of gifts.
After the awards ceremony of this tenth edition, the prize draw was carried out among those who deposited their “tapasporte” and more than 60 different prizes have been awarded.
