The incidence of covid continues to decline on the Costa del Sol, which today places its rate at 225 cases (-10.2) for every one hundred thousand inhabitants. By municipalities, this indicator also decreases. Marbella is situated on the edge of 250 cases, which mark the level of high risk:
- Manilva: 371.1 (-10.2).
- Estepona: 303.3 (-12.8).
- Marbella: 258.1 (-10.8).
- Casares: 116.2 (-29.1).
- Benahavís: 64.5 (-25.8).
On the other hand, Benahavís has registered the fourth death from covid, the first in several months since the start of the pandemic. These are the main indicators:
- Marbella: 18,019 confirmed cases (+20), 16,113 cured (+90) and 217 deaths.
- Estepona: 6,998 confirmed cases (+10), 6,108 cured (+40) and 53 deaths.
- Manilva: 1,470 confirmed cases (+5), 1,279 cured (+7) and 22 deaths.
- Benahavís: 471 confirmed cases, 425 cured and 4 deceased (+1).
- Casares: 394 confirmed cases, 351 cured and 12 deceased.
