A man is being investigated for carrying out obscene acts of exhibition before a minor in Mijasas reported to this newspaper by the Local Police of the municipality.
The events took place during the afternoon of last Saturday. Agents from the Intervention Unit were on duty when they were alerted to the event. Upon arrival, the police met with the mother and daughter victims of the actions of the alleged perpetrator. They themselves provided data and a description of the subject.
The investigators located him in the surrounding areas and proceeded to his ID. In addition, they informed him that criminal proceedings were going to be instituted against him as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of indecent exposure to a minor and he was going to be administratively denounced for this same act.
The alleged culprit, has a criminal recordwas finally as investigated and not as detained.
