Thus, the performances of Señor Mirinda and the mythical rock band are planned Short Celtics on Friday, July 28; the flamenco of Manzanita and Antonio Carmona on Saturday 29; and Calle Nueva and the famous duo from Cádiz Andy and Lucas on Sunday the 30th. All concerts will take place in the Municipal Booth with free admission until full capacity is reached.

For her part, the Councilor for Fiestas recalled that “in the town we have three fairs, but if there is something that cannot be missing in any of the three, it is such outstanding activities as the choice of king and queenthe children’s party or the dinner tribute to the Third Age” and adds that music “is one of the main protagonists, with free concerts by artists that cover different musical genres, from rock, flamenco or pop, for the enjoyment of our neighbours”.

Thus, the official start of the La Cala Fair 2023 will be on Wednesday, July 26 with the traditional turning on the lighting artistic at 10:00 p.m., although the party will start a few hours before, at 7:30 p.m., with the parade of giants and big heads that will go through the streets of La Cala. That afternoon, Children’s Day will be held at the fairgrounds, with attractions at a reduced price.

Meanwhile, the stage of the municipal booth will premiere with the dances of the students of the Popular University of the professors Feli Gabriel, Víctor Rojas and Juan Jesús Leiva. At 11:30 p.m. the election of the King and Queen of the La Cala Fair 2023 is scheduled.

He Thursday July 27 it will be the turn of the dinner tribute to the Third Age, whose inscriptions are still open in the department located on the Torreón seafront.
