Positions 6 and 7 are also occupied by Marbella areas: Breezes and Beautiful Horizon-Lindasol, with increases of 38.1% and from 34.1% and prices per square meter of 4,537 and 2,905 euros respectively.

Eighth on the list is held by Guadalmansa (Estepona), where the square meter of land costs 3,751 euros and the increase in two years is 33.8%, according to this report.

Apart from these increases, the most expensive area of ​​Andalusia to live in is still Los Monteros, in Marbella, where the square meter of land is paid to 5,392 euros. In terms of housing, the most expensive house for sale in Spain is in Benahavís. It is a house of 3,189 square meters with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms located in La Zagaleta, considered the most exclusive urbanization in Europe. Its sale price is 29 million euros.
