The Marbella Town Hall has given the green light this Tuesday to a total of 4 planning permits for the construction of 243 homes for a value of 54 million euros in various points of the municipal term, as well as has approved a new model of responsible declaration for the installation of photovoltaic panels, as reported by the councilor of the branch, José Eduardo Díaz.
The mayor has highlighted after the Local Government Board, where he has been accompanied by the municipal spokesman, Félix Romero, and the director of Urbanism, José María Morente, that the granting of these licenses reinforces “the image of the city as a pole of attraction for investment”as well as recognizing “the work and effort” made by the urban area.
Díaz has highlighted that in the municipal management body “4 important urban projects that are exciting and a reality” have gone ahead, among which he has highlighted the license for a promotion in San Pedro Alcántara for the construction of “45 and 46 homes” for a value of 18 million of euros.
On the other hand, the Governing Board has approved the works permit for “a basic project of 96 houses”, for a value of 25 million euros, in the Los Monteros area, as well as the green light has been given to the construction of “2 single-family homes valued at 2 million euros” in the district of Nueva Andalucía and a development of 54 homes in Guadaiza for an amount of 9 million euros.
New statement for the installation of photovoltaic panels
Likewise, the Town Planning councilor has indicated that the Governing Board has approved “a model and responsible declaration guide” to apply to the City Council for the works permit for the installation of photovoltaic panels, in order to establish this alternative model of energy generation in the city.
According to the mayor, the new responsible declaration model has been created based on “the high demand” for this type of panel, with the aim of “expedite implementation” of the same in the municipality of Marbella, which “is easy to fill out on the electronic platform”, as well as is accompanied by a guide for its processing.
