The City Council of marbella is developing a signaling plan in the neighborhood of Santa Marta with performances in the streets Jeddah, San Antonio, Diego Mendez and Galvestonand which aims increase road safety in the areaas announced on Monday by the councilor for the branch, Enrique Rodríguez.
The mayor has pointed out that the works have an investment of more than 12,000 euros and contemplate the repainting of a total of 1,084 meters of horizontal lines, 359 square meters of cebreados and 15 pedestrian crossings.
Also, the City Council is reviewing vertical signage existing ones and will install 16 new poles, to improve foot traffic especially in the school environment.
“These works are very necessary for the maintenance and improvement of road safety in our neighbourhoods”, pointed out the mayor of Traffic, who has advanced that “we will continue acting in other parts of the municipality in the same way”.
