The Church of the Incarnation of Marbella has hosted this Friday the floral offering to Our Lady the Virgin of Carmenan act that has had the presence of the mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, who has handed over the city’s baton to be on her throne.

For his part, the parish priest José Sánchez has highlighted “the emotion of a few moments in which we confirm again that devotion remains intact and that nobody in Marbella is indifferent to this tradition”. Finally, the older sister of the Brotherhood of the Virgen del Carmen, Belén Haro, has indicated that “after such a long absence, we return to the acts with great enthusiasm, trusting that everything will go well and that the citizens enjoy this special holiday for us”.

The program will continue this afternoon, at 7:30 p.m., with the Solemn Triduum in the Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation and at 8:00 p.m. the mass for all deceased brothers.

Tomorrow, Saturday, at 6:30 a.m., the Rosario de la Aurora and the procession leaving from La Encarnación to Playa del Cable, with a route through Trinidad, Salinas, Arte, Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, Málaga Bridge, Plaza Blas Infante, Sol, Severo Ochoa and Fuengirola streets. At 8:00 a.m., the parish priest José Sánchez will officiate the Holy Mass with the participation of the Ortigosa brothers.
