The prestigious New York Summit Awards gala, organized by the ICL Foundation (Inspiring Committed Leaders), is already taking place: it will take place on November 19 in the city of Marbella.

The New York Summit Awards has become in recent years the most relevant Spanish-speaking event in New York City. Every year, the gala rewards leaders in all disciplines that are impacting and changing the world.

For its fifth edition, the gala decides to travel and land in Spain to choose one of its special editions, bringing together the best of the North American, Hispanic and Spanish world, and rewarding first-rate personalities. In 2022 the NYS will return to the Big Apple.

Among this year’s winners are personalities such as journalist Vicente Vallés; The Department of New York City Firefighters; the former Secretary of the Public Treasury of the US Government, Rosario Marín, or the musical group Il Divo.

“Marbella, on the Costa del Sol, is a unique environment with more than 320 days of sunshine a year, with 30 kilometers of coastline and beaches and a beautiful natural environment,” they explained in a statement from the organization, confirming that “this year, the NYS will take place at the Marbella Conference and Exhibition Center, a space with modern infrastructures specially designed to host conventions, exhibitions and all kinds of events, both nationally and internationally. “
