The Local Government Board of the Municipality of Mijas has approved the public job offer which will regulate stabilization process that affects 382 employees municipal, of which 347 will be resolved by contest of merits, as reported on Wednesday by the Councilor for Human Resources, Laura Moreno.
The mayor stressed that “after many months of negotiation with the unions, we put this measure on the table, which comes in response to the legal mandate of limit the temporary rate below 8 percent, as established by Law 20/2021 on urgent measures for the reduction of temporary employment”.
Thus, the public offer of the City Council of Mijas will regulate the call for 382 places through two systems: merit contest for 347 places and competitive examination for the remaining 35 places.
In the latter, the phase of opposition will account for 60 percent of the total score and merits 40 percent. Likewise, of the total places offered, 249 correspond to official personnel and the rest, 133, to labor personnel.
