The Councilor for Procurement of the Mijas City Council, Roy Pérez, and the Councilor for Infrastructure, José Carlos Martín, have reported on the opening of the term for the presentation of offers for the execution of the widening works of the Camino Viejo de Coín.

The project that includes the renovation of the connection roads from the roundabout for the victims of terrorism to the Venta la Morena, will unite so to the recently executed work to connect the Camino Viejo de Coín with Avenida Miguel Hernández or “with the unfolding of the Camino de Campanales, whose works are expected to begin shortly,” Pérez assured.
An infrastructure that “will mean a before and after in the mobility of the area and in the improvement of traffic, and that will also include pavement, parking, renovation of the rainwater and fecal network, public lighting, irrigation or gas supply”, he has indicated. Infrastructure Councillor.

La Cala-Fuengirola Coastal Path
Likewise, during the appearance they have informed that the Local Administration will re-tender the execution of the works of the new sections of Senda Litoral included between La Cala and Fuengirola after the bidding for the specifications for its execution was deserted due to the absence of offers.
