The Mijas Town Hall continues with the execution of the plplan of municipal renewal of the pavementwith which this Monday a new remodeling action on Los Naranjos street in Mijas Pueblo for a value of 52,227 euros and an approximate execution period of two months, according to the Councilor for Operational Services, José Carlos Martín.
The mayor emphasizes that with this project “thes local operators continue to improve and maintain infrastructure of the entire municipal term”, noting that “specifically in these works, a replacement of the old flooring, already badly damaged by the passage of time, for a much more modern, comfortable and practical parchment-type one, in addition to being in keeping with the aesthetics of the rest of the municipality”.
Martín adds that in addition to the new pavement, the works will improve the public lighting networkjust as they are going to create tree pits and an irrigation network for them.
“Right now, there is no such vegetation in the area and we are going to take the opportunity to introduce it in a performance area of 350 square meters of flooring and, as a whole, all this comes to improve the quality of life of the neighbors with a boost to infrastructures and services, “says the mayor.
