The Mijeño City Council will put out to tender next Monday, June 19, the concession of the Mijas Pueblo Nursery School servicewith an estimated value of the contract of about 675,000 euros, as announced this Friday by the Councilor for Contracting, Roy Pérez.
The mayor stressed that “companies that are interested in managing this kindergarten in Mijas Pueblo will have 15 business days to Submit your offers on the State Procurement Platform”, who has stressed that the rest of the conditions of the specifications, the documentation and the requirements “can be consulted on the virtual platform itself”.
“It is a specification for five years, three years, plus two extensions, with a estimated value of the contract of about 675,000 euros exempt from VAT”, as detailed by the municipal manager.
For her part, the acting Councilor for Nursery Schools, Verónica Ensberg, has highlighted how “after a lot of work in this mandate for this school to reach an agreement with the Board and thus be able to equalize the conditions of the families of Mijas Pueblo with the rest of the municipality, we continue working to regularize the technical part, which is the management of this nursery school”.
He also recalled that “he has not stopped working in these four years to get a quality education for the first cycle of Early Childhood Education in our town, giving them all the opportunities at our disposal so that these families can reconcile their work and family life, as is the case of the Gloria Fuertes summer school during the month of August”.
