Anyone who wants to travel back in time can do so by visiting the exhibition «Poetic Walk through Andalusia: Image and verse» You can do it in the rooms of the Monument of El Castle of the Duchess until the next September 30th.
The exhibition organized by the Delegation of Culture, headed by Alba Jimenez, allows attendees to explore the Andalusian landscapes through different panels, which reproduce 84 photographs from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, belonging to the French photographer Lucien roisin and the Catalan editor Josep Thomas. These images are accompanied by a careful selection of verses of great authors.
The exhibition, curated by Alberto Egea Fernandez-Montesinos, is organized around eight differentiated spaces: Moments, People, Water, Emotions, Streets, Modernity, Interiors and Heritage.
The exhibition can be visited on schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays; the saturdays and Sundays can be visited on schedule from 11:00 h at 2:00 p.m..
