The councilor attached to the Sports and Youth delegation, José Antonio Bandera, and the president of the Amateur Sports Association, Francisco Ramírez, today presented the 2022/2023 season of the local futsal, soccer-7 and soccer-11 leagues in categories from youth to veterans, and which will take place from October 21 to June.
The municipal official has highlighted the great effort and important work carried out each year by the municipal Sports delegation and the Amateur Sports Association with regard to the organization of this popular sporting event. In addition, he has announced as a novelty the incorporation of a new +45 veterans Soccer-7 league, which is trying to give a place in this competition.
Also, he has referred to the great football fans that exist in the town, proof of this is that around fifty teams are already registered in this league, although registration will be open until Thursday, October 13. He also wanted to thank the participating teams for their contribution to keep this competition alive.
For his part, Francisco Ramírez explained that the teams participating in this competition will be divided into seven small leagues, such as Futsal, Senior 7-a-side football, which is the largest, so it will have two leagues, Soccer-7 veterans +35, Soccer-7 veterans +40, Soccer-7 veterans +45 and Soccer-11.
