Attendees will be able to enjoy the traditional butchering of a tuna over 150 kilos from Cádiz at the hands of renowned Rondeño chef David Canca, and a Tuna-based dinner paired with Otazu winery by the sommelier “Golden Nose of Spain”, José Joaquín Cortés.
