The registration period to participate in the VIII Urban Race 10 km from Estepona, organized by the Consistory and the Estepona Athletics Club.
As in every edition, this test will have the Minors and Absolute Race (5 and 10 Kilometers). Although this year as a novelty, the competition will take place in two days to avoid the concentration of a large number of participants.
The race for minors will be held on October 9, and the 10 and 5-kilometer race will be held on October 10. All will start and finish at the Athletics Stadium.
The registration fees for the minor races are 3 euros for the categories of pre-teens, youngests and fry, and 5 euros for children and cadets, until 2:00 p.m. on October 6. If the registration is made on the same day of the race, the price will be 10 euros for all categories of minors, provided that they have not exceeded 300 numbers.
Regarding the absolute race (10 and 5 kilometers), those registered must pay 12 euros and may register until October 6.
Registrations can be made online on the website www.dorsalchip.es or in person at Deportes Olimpia and at the Centro Deportivo Fitness y Pádel de Las Mesas.
As in every edition, this competition has solidarity characterThe causes chosen for this year are the donation of sports equipment to a local entity yet to be decided, which will be carried out by the Rotary Club Estepona, also in charge of coordinating the races of minors. As in previous years, Runners who so wish may collaborate with the donation of 1 kilo of non-perishable food that will go to the Soup Kitchen.
