The City Council, through the delegation of Resident Foreigners, will enable the next September 12, in hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Adolfo Suárez Conference Center, an electoral college so that Russian citizens residing in Marbella can exercise your right to vote in your country’s parliamentary elections.
