The Las Lagunas 2023 Fair warms up its engines, which will be held from June 28 to July 2 with a program made up of a wide range of entertainment and music that will lead the concerts of Social Security, El Canijo de Jerez or Totekingas reported this Friday by the mayor, Josele González.

The councilor has highlighted that “it is the first of the three major fairs that we have in our municipality and it has undoubtedly become an appointment inescapable of the programming of the Costa del Sol”.

González has underlined how “we will tell again about the stage of the municipal booth with artists of the stature of Social Security, Los Toreros Muertos, El Canijo de Jerez, Toteking, Easy-S or Las Migasfree concerts that will put the musical note to a few festivities in which there will be no shortage of such outstanding activities as the threshing exhibition, in collaboration with the Peña Unión del Cante, or the dinner tribute to our elders, in which some 1,200 retirees and local pensioners.

For her part, the Councilor for Fiestas, Tamara Vera, has advanced that this year extended the number of days when there will be no sound or music in the amusement area “so that our boys and girls with special needs can enjoy this fair with their families without acoustic barriers. We want all the lagoons to feel part of these festivities that we have prepared with so much love”. Thus, the mayor advances, this measure will be applied on the first day of the fair, June 28, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., “and the rest of the days, that is, from Thursday to Sunday, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. “.

Music for all tastes

He traditional lighting lighting On June 28, at 10 p.m., it will kick off five days of fun where good music will once again be one of the main stars. On Friday, June 30, Los Toreros Muertos (at 10 p.m.) and Social Security (11:30 p.m.) will go on stage at the municipal booth. They will give way to the urban night on Saturday, July 1, which will start with local artists Jairo Merino and Pablodeoro & Dj Bubba at 9:00 p.m. After them, the young pop promise Anadie will perform at 10:00 p.m.

All these artists will be in charge of giving the baton to two important rap figures in our country such as Easy-S and Toteking, which will perform at 10:45 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. respectively. Lastly, the musical program of the fair closes with the winners of the Latin Grammy for Best Flamenco Music Album, Las Migas on Sunday, July 2 at 10:00 p.m. and the flamenco fusion of El Canijo de Jérez at 11:30 p.m. .

For his part, in the day fair, which will take place at the Cortijo Don Elías, there will also be options for all tastes: A compás and Sirope Flamenco on July 1 and Rompeolas and the fitflamc exhibition with Eva Sedeño and the musical group Una de dos on July 2. All the performances of the Las Lagunas Fair, both those in the municipal booth and the daytime fair, have free admission until full capacity is reached.

A program designed for children and adults
