The Commerce delegation, an area led by Francisco Becerra, today delivered a check worth 2,000 euros to the Association of People with Disabilities, the Elderly and Child Development, Luisana.
This amount, facilitated by the elimination by the City Council of the tax on public roads, has been possible thanks to the Malik merchants’ association, who have made this gesture of solidarity.
The mayor, Mario Jiménez, present at the event, agreed with Becerra in highlighting the possibilities that open up to help the elderly and children by having more economic resources.
In addition, Ana Santos, president of Luisana and her work team, the Councilor for Social Affairs, Paqui López, the area director, Pilar Zúñiga and the councilors Eva Galindo and Marcos Ruiz also took part in the meeting.
