The Hotel Club Med Magna Marbella has opted this Thursday for the flamenco of the artist José Franco for its international opening after close the high tourist season with positive numbers since its opening last May.
The event has had numerous personalities, including the mayor of Marbella Ángeles Muñoz; President of Club Med, Henri Giscard d’Estaing; or the President of Magna Hotels & Resorts, Jihad Megharief.
The general director of Club Med Magna Marbella, Pierre Jean Montagné, highlighted at the event that “Spain has always had a place in the heart” of the select group, which has returned to the Costa del Sol city “after 22 years” and refurbish the old Don Miguel hotel.
Montagné has pointed out that the luxury resort has become a “flagship” of the Club Med after having undertaken “major changes”, assuring that the tourist establishment has started “its journey with maximum success.
With the international opening of the brand new resortwhich opened last May, Club Med shows its “attachment” to the region of Andalusia and its culture, closing the event with a flamenco show by the artist José Franco, as well as a tennis exhibition.
For his part, the director of development, Arny Aiolfi, thanked “the support of different people who have supported us in this project”, and especially the mayor of Marbellaof which he has highlighted his “constant support” and “the help of his entire team”.
