Yesterday the three exposures of the XXII International Fantastic Film Week of the Costa del Sol, which can be visited until the 15th of the same month.

In Estepona, the show ‘The art of Nacho Fernández’ was inaugurated in the House of the Tejerinas by the person in charge of the Sociocultural Area of ​​the Hon. Estepona City Council, Begoña Ortiz; the director of the festival, Julio Peces, and the cartoonist himself.

All-focus

The exhibition is made up of sections that cover the different stages in this cartoonist’s career: Dragon Fall, Fanhunter, Kung Fu Mousse – Kung Fu Monkey, Valken’s Worlds, The Supergroup, Strip Marvel, Krysalis, and Wargasmer Pistons & Dragons. In addition, you can contemplate a collection of drawings with a variety of themes, selected by the author himself.

On the other hand, the Plaza de la Libertad Cultural and Youth Center, San Pedro Alcántara, hosts the exhibition ‘Weird Western posters’, about films belonging to the subgenre on which the festival revolves this year. In this space we can know up to 20 posters on large-format panels, announcing such unlikely situations as disputes between cowboys and creatures from other worldss, dinosaurs caught by gunmen, or a trip west in a DeLorean.
