After the world premiere of ‘The footprints of elBulli’, which opened the Culinary Zinema Section of the San Sebastian Festival, the original documentary Movistar + will arrive on the platform on October 7 and will be available on demand.

The documentary makes the gastronomic legacy clear with the testimonies of colleagues such as Andoni Luis Aduriz(Mugaritz), José Andrés, Juan Mari Arzak, Joan Roca (Celler Can Roca); Eduard Xatruch, Mateu Casañas and Oriol Castro (Enjoy); Hiroyoshi Ishida and Tomiko Ishida (Mibu); Najat Kaanache, Christian Escribá, Isao Kuramochi(Ninja), René Redzepi (No mom), Pepe Rodríguez and Jordi Cruz (Masterchef) …
