The contagion rate has continued to decline during this weekend on the Costa del Sol, standing at 75.1 cases (-4.3) per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days. There are already two municipalities, Benahavís and Manilva, that show less than 50 cases, and therefore are in the low level of risk of contagion. On the opposite side, the incidence rises slightly in Marbella.
- Marbella: 127.3 (+5.4).
- Estepona: 74 (-7.2),
- Casares: 72.6.
- Manilva: 48.7 (-36.5).
- Benahavís: 12.9 (-12.9).
In the rest of the indicators, the high number of recovered stands out and that during the weekend there has not been registered no death from covid. By municipalities, these are the figures since the beginning of the pandemic, and its variation with respect to Friday:
- Marbella: 18,468 confirmed cases (+39), 17,657 cured (+136) and 227 deaths.
- Estepona: 7,140 confirmed cases (+5), 6,921 cured (+76) and 58 deaths.
- Manilva: 1,512 confirmed cases (+1), 1,439 cured (+29) and 22 deaths.
- Benahavís: 481 confirmed cases, 460 cured (+5) and 4 deaths.
- Casares: 402 confirmed cases, 382 cured (+4) and 12 deaths.
Regarding hospitalization, in the last week they have admitted 10 patients covid in plant and 1 in ICU. In that period, 3 deceased.
