The activity aims to convey the important role of bats in nature and in daily life, their benefits and their problems.

The initiative focuses on introductory talks on this species of mammals and a night workshop for the location and identification of bats in the Casares area, with the use of ultrasound detectors, which can be used by attendees, both children and adults.

The activity does not require registration and begins at 7:30 p.m. with the reception of the participants in the Plaza de España, informative talks and a workshop on echolocation and identification of bats along the Camino de los Molinos.

It is an activity organized by the Casares City Council, the Doñana CSIC Biological Station, and the Caxara speleological research society.
