The spokesman for the Socialist municipal group, José Bernal, has described this Wednesday as a “absolute tease” that the Junta de Andalucía allocates only 125,000 euros to the Palace of Justice in Marbella in three years, despite the “continuous and repeated promises” made by the mayor.
Bernal has pointed out that, at this time, Muñoz is more focused on “defending in court the very serious matters that affect her family”, and in view of the board budgets “It is incapable of defending the interests of Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara”.
the socialist spokesman denounces the “complicit silence” of Ángeles Muñoz about the Palace of Justice that for so many years sued the PSOE and “that is incapable of requesting it from his party”, and all this when the last real investments of the Junta in our city were projected in the last stage of the socialist government.
Among them, the two institutes that “the PP has delayed”, the health center of San Pedro “which Moreno Bonilla self-interestedly paralyzed” and the Costa del Sol hospital, which will move forward with the European funds negotiated by the Government of Pedro Sánchez.
“From the PSOE we will not let the Palace of Justice fall into oblivion because Ángeles Muñoz has deceived us and has deceived the platform that is asking for this infrastructure in our city,” declared Bernal.
In this way, it has advanced that “We will again urge the City Council to carry out the appropriate procedures necessary for the provision of the plot in which it will be located and that the Board allocate the necessary fundss for the beginning of the works”.
Bernal has recalled that the construction of a new Palace of Justice in Marbella is a historical vindication by the Justice sector in the city and that Muñoz has been committing since 2019.
