Eight Routes with History that have been carried out in the historic center de Casares during the months of July and August have presented full capacity and great success among the attendees.
Yesterday the last route took place, in which the participants could learn more about the local history at the same time they enjoyed a tour of the most attractive places in the municipality.
A total of 137 assistants participated in the different routes. The 40.15% They were neighbors from Casares or Casares Costa; the 41.6% they visit them from nearby towns, such as Manilva, Sabinas or Estepona, the furthest being La Línea, Algeciras, Los Barrios or the capital of Malaga; the 18.25% remaining have been vacationers in the area, from different places (Vigo, Madrid, Toledo, Gerona …)
Councilor Rocio Ruiz highlighted that the result was a very attractive experience, especially for the sightseeing in the area, and many participants sent very satisfying messages. This is largely due to the rich knowledge that the tour guide has, Javier Martos, from the history of the town of Casares and their passion for this activity.
